Look out this debate night—- trump people told me they believe Biden has questions already but they are not worried….trump so confident hes ready for anything …look for trump to get questions he like to avoid…like Jan 6th - Like 2020 election …..not immigration , economy and foreign policy ….what are your thoughts?

Reagan for a short time in 1981 to 1982 authorized 40 year mortgages to assist in recovery of the economy, so a 50 year mortgage is not unreasonable since most people never keep their mortgage for the entire term and will refinance at some point. The 50 years only means the amortization will give a smaller monthly payment.
